This is one of my favorite workouts! It’s quick, covers the full body, and gets you breaking a sweat from the get-go. There’s evenings when I’m cramped on time and don’t have an hour or more to workout, so it’s great to have options for quicker workouts that still yield results!
This workout starts with an easy warm-up, then a Tabata style workout for 20 minutes, followed by an easy cool-down. Make sure to stretch afterwards and drink water! Hydration is important, especially as summer is approaching! I hope you enjoy!
