Bodyweight Leg Day

I get asked a lot what are good workouts that require no/minimal equipment.  Well, this one is for you!  This workout is great to do when you are traveling or don’t have access to any gym equipment.  This workout will work your booty, hamstrings, quads, and calves!

Start with an easy warm-up of jogging/walking for 5 minutes.  If you have access to a stationary bike, that’s a great warm-up for leg day as well.  Then, perform each exercise 10-15 times depending on your current fitness level and rest for 30 seconds before repeating 3 times.
