Hey there!  I’m so glad you’ve stopped in to visit.  I’d love to share a little about me.  I’m Kristi Blount and I’m 34 years old.

I am extremely passionate about health and fitness.  I have basically been an athlete my entire life.

I am a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2004!


I have been married for almost 5 years to the most amazing man, Michael.  We have 4 incredible dogs that keep us on our toes and we love so much.


After an ankle injury in college, I stopped being as active as I had been the past 20 years.  I gained 35 pounds over my junior and senior year.  I kept that weight on until 2008.  That’s when I discovered my passion for running.  I signed up for my first half marathon.  In the course of training, I managed to lose 20 pounds.  That’s when I started changing my diet as well.  I read EVERYTHING I could about all things related to nutrition and healthy lifestyles.  I finally lost the last 15 pounds.

Now, I have run 7 half marathons and countless shorter races, continue to eat healthy most of the time, and incorporate weight lifting into the mix.  My husband runs with me and cooks with me.


So, that’s a little glimpse into who I am!

I use my own personal experiences and my education to help others reach their goals.  It is my goal to help teach each of you how to live a healthier and happier lifestyle through proper nutrition and exercise!  Whether it is your goal to be lean and tone, learn proper nutrition for you and/or your family, or need a complete lifestyle change, I’m here to help!
